You only need to be able to sit comfortably and stand for light movement (no mats or strenuous activity required).

Bring an open heart; a willingness to learn; and a desire to take responsibility for your own healing.

You get a workbook with details of all the exercises we do, so you can remember and practice at home. Plus other gifts.

I’m Berenice, Emotional Freedom Coach and someone who has lived through arthritis pain myself.

After being told my only options were medication and resignation, I found a different way — one that combined science-based tools with deep mindset healing.

I was diagnosed with both osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis in 2020 after 5 years of increasing hip pain and decreasing mobility. Immediately scheduled for a hip replacement - and then lockdowns - no "elective" surgery - so my surgery was cancelled. I had to find a way to manage the pain myself.

I began a powerful healing journey that completely changed my life. I left my 30-year career in corporate IT to become the Emotional Freedom Coach. I am a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, L2; a Preferred PSYCH-K® Facilitator; and a Neuro Transformation Therapy Practitioner and Coach

With a dedicated daily practice including the gifts of Yoga and Mindset, incredibly I have gone from being on crutches for over 2 years! to walking again without any medical intervention! (happy sigh)
